Mission

Our mission is to provide assistance to business events organisers. Whether you’re planning a congress, convention, or a large meeting, we’ll be with you every step of the way - from connecting you with the right people with expertise to helping you find the perfect venue, lodging, catering, and entertainment for your guests. We also support our local members and partners with guidance and sustained marketing efforts.

What is a convention bureau?

A convention bureau is a non-profit organisation that provides free resources, information, and support for those planning business events including meetings, conventions, and conferences. Representatives from a convention bureau will gather information about an event, and based on an organiser’s plans and objectives, they’ll suggest venues, facilities, and suppliers that fit the organiser’s budget.
