Luxembourg may be far from the world’s oceans, but that doesn't mean it doesn’t support aquatic life.
Luxembourg-based Odyssea was founded in 2013 by four Luxembourgish marine biologists, and their goal is to raise awareness for marine conservation issues. To support this noble aim, the Luxembourg Maritime Cluster organised the Odyssea Conference, which took place at the Chamber of Commerce on May 28, 2019. During the event, Dr Pierre Gallego presented his organisation’s research, conservation efforts, and collaborative projects. The event was followed by a networking drink that allowed attendees to mingle with Dr Gallego and other members of this very worthwhile organisation.
