A sense of community that comes from sharing space. The feeling of openness thanks to being near travellers from around the world. Invigorated curiosity about new people, places, cultures, and ideas. These are just some of the reasons why people love staying in youth hostels – without ignoring, of course, that they offer accommodation that is often more budget-friendly than hotels and other types of lodging.

True to its national character, Luxembourg welcomes visitors to stay in any of its nine clean, affordable, and well-maintained youth hostels. Affiliated with the Luxembourg Youth Hostels association, these hostels are located all around the country, in or near some of the most popular destinations for visits and tourism.

Nearly all the hostels are found near natural spaces – green hills, forests, lakes, and rivers – and provide you with cosy beds, most often in shared rooms, although some do have private rooms available. The hostels are run by friendly, welcoming, and multilingual staff, and they all boast restaurants that serve delicious fresh food, leisure facilities and equipment, and of course comfortable spots to hang out and meet other people.
